Did you guys have a good Memorial Day? In honor of the holiday, I decided to wear red, white, and blue…in the form of this cute dress from Marilyn Monroe 🙂

What makes this a teacher look? Of course it’s the apple-print dress and pencil shavings-print bag!! Sorry for the wobbly legs in the photo below…I think the wind was getting the better of me (what else is new?!)

So sorry I didn’t post on Monday! I was in NYC to attend the National Stationery Show…very fun! In all of my excitement, I forgot to schedule this post. Whoops!

Tired of blue yet? Gosh, I can’t believe I am not branching out into other colors yet! I think I have about 10 other blue dresses, so you’ll have to bear with me. Maybe I’ll shake things up for the next post…you never know 🙂

Remember when I said I wear a lot of black and white? Well, I think it applies to blue too. I didn’t really notice it until I was adding pictures to the gallery. I have a lot of other colors in my closet, so this is reminding me to shake things up a bit! 🙂

Boston does this awesome thing every Sunday from May through November – they shut down a section of Memorial Drive! It’s a road that runs along the Charles River and is usually packed with cars. It’s so bizarre to see the road instead filled with people walking, children playing, bikes, pets, and skaters.
