I never really understood the short-sleeved turtleneck. If it’s cold enough for a turtleneck, wouldn’t you want sleeves to cover your arms? Yet, I still own three of them. 🙂
My husband and I love going to Chinatown!
The first thing my husband said when I showed him this dress online was, “Augh, really? A denim dress? I think my aunt had something like that when I was little.”
Of course, there’s nothing wrong with a denim dress. But I insisted that this dress was not denim, it was chambray. He had no clue what I was talking about.
My husband and I decided to get some tacos in the city for Valentine’s Day. Even though it was cold and snowy out, I couldn’t resist putting together a Valentine’s Day outfit! The pattern in the dress looks a bit like white hearts, and I accessorized with red.
My first weekend look on the blog! My husband and I were hanging out in the city and I was so excited to wear this shirt. I bought it a while ago, wore it a few times, and then it disappeared. Apparently, it was hanging out in the depths of my closet, only to be recovered about a year later!
I remember when I bought these pants- I was with my mom and sister-in-law at the Herald Square Macy’s in NYC. I kept asking them, “do you think I could pull off mustard corduroys?”
Of course, they assured me I could. Thanks Mom and Melissa!
