Good morning!  I’m SO excited to share this post with you today!  About a week and a half ago, Lindsey (from Have Clothes Will Travel) visited Cape Cod and Boston with her husband.  When I found out that she was going to be up here in MA, I knew I had to meet her!   As I mentioned in this post we first “met” each other through the ModCloth Style Gallery and instantly knew our clothing styles clicked.

I love that Massachusetts has such cool urban areas, while also having many gorgeous parks and outdoor spaces.  Dave and I spent some time recently at a local state park – we always love walking along the trails and enjoying the nice weather!  (although I was sad that it’s actually getting cold enough some days to require a light jacket…grr!)

Dave and I just had the most wonderful weekend!  On Friday, we met Lindsey and her husband (they were visiting Boston…I promise I’ll post more about that soon!), and my parents were visiting for the rest of the weekend.  Not only that, but I went to a friend’s bachelorette party on Saturday, and it was awesome!  It was a nice way to spend my last weekend before starting school – we go back for professional development tomorrow, and the kids start class next Monday 🙂

planes, trains (no automobiles)

I told you I’d be back with another hat post!  I have to apologize in advance for the excessive number of photos.  Dave and I took these in Bedford at Depot Park – it’s located at one end of the Minuteman Bikeway, which runs 11 miles all the way to Cambridge (which by the way is AMAZING for skateboarding since it is completely paved and not that crowded).
