Obviously I’m on Team Cap 🙂

Are any of you going to see Civil War this weekend?  Dave and I going with a bunch of friends to see it at the local IMAX theater, and we can’t wait!

These photos were taken in Central Park, a few blocks away from the apartment where my mom and I were staying.  We had such a great time walking around Manahattan, and we ate lots of amazing food!

It’s rare for me to wear flats more than one or two days in a row, but it was important to have comfy shoes on our adventures.  I think this is the first time I had ever packed for a vacation and didn’t take at least one pair of heels.

(I just had to include the photo above – I think it looks like I am awkwardly posing for a high school senior photo or something!)

Ooh, ooh!  Let’s talk about the pants for a sec.  I’m not a huge fan of pants for a few reasons:

• I don’t usually find them comfortable, especially behind my knees.
• They are not as flattering on my body type as skirts/dresses
• I can never find pants that fit my waist AND my butt/hips (if the waist fits, my butt is way too tight, and if the butt fits I can fit my whole fist in the waist)

But these?  They are stretchy and comfy and fit my body perfectly!  They have a side zip so the front isn’t bulky, AND they were only $14.99.  Way to go H&M!  I bought them in black and in a black/white geometric print.  I think I want to go back and buy all of the other styles too!

H&M….PLEASE make these pants in every color, and I promise I will buy them all!
