minute man

My in-laws were visiting two weeks ago, so we all decided to head over to the Minute Man National Historical Park.  I was thrilled because it was warm and sunny for most of the morning.  I wore this floral and striped dress…it’s super comfy and feels like you are wearing a big t-shirt!

Don’t you adore these sneakers?  Target has the cutest canvas shoes, and they are all cheap!  The bracelet, below, is one that I made a few years ago.  I picked up these wire-wrapped hoops at Michael’s, although they would be easy to DIY as well.  The rest of the bracelet is comprised of large and small jump rings, and an s-hook clasp.

Later that day we swung into the city, where they were getting ready for the Boston Marathon.  This area here is right at the finish line.  Marathon Monday, aka Patriot’s Day, is always fun!  Plus, it’s the start of our Spring Vacation at work 🙂
